SCVO - Community Capacity & Resilience Fund

Summary

The fourth round of the fund aims to support local community based organisations across Scotland help people mitigate the effects of welfare reform by providing them with the skills they need. The fund gives local community based organisations the opportunity to test new, creative approaches, develop their workforce and add capacity – with the aim of helping combat social inequalities, promote social inclusion and support partnership working.

Exclusions
The fund is not open to the public sector or arms-length external organisations set up by the public sector. It is not open to charities with an annual income of more than £250,000 or Community Interest Companies where there is profit distribution.

Notes on award amounts:
The fund will award grants of between £1,000 and £5,000 to eligible third sector organisations to deliver projects/activities, for up to a nine month period, and £10,000 for 12 month pilot/test projects.
